Access to care is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Referral can be made by:
- The individual
- Family or Friends
- Primary Care Provider (Physician or Nurse Practitioner)
We encourage individuals to call first (705) 942-1872.
Calling first provides us with an opportunity to review care options (in-hospital, residential, in-home, or out-patient) and to share what to expect upon arrival.
All services at this location are voluntary.
Participation and
adherence to program expectations are required for staying.
Staff liaise closely with primary care,
social services, and police services.
