About Us
Concurrent Disorders Day Treatment is designed to offer low barrier, intensive additions and mental health treatment for those 18+ who are living with moderate to severe substance use disorder and mental illness.
Due to the nature of the clinical content it is necessary that the individual demonstrate a level of insight, is without intellectual disability and is willing to commit to making changes to their substance use.
How to Access
- New intakes are scheduled for Mondays.
- Referrals are always accepted. Due to demand for programming and group cycles, there may be a wait to begin.
- Our team will endeavor to connect with new referrals as soon as possible to begin the intake assessment process.
